• – Method Mixing as Transmission – The aim of this symposium is to reflect on the methodology for the analysis of transcultural practices that was developed in this project and to discuss its relevance in current academic and socio-political discourses around migration and aesthetic formation and education.

  • As part of the seminar “Vocal Production Techniques”, a workshop with David Stoltzenberg will take place on 10.1. from 4 to 8 pm in our studio in C11.215. He is not only the bassist of the band “Pool” but also active as producer and author in various other music productions. An overview of his work can be found on Discogs.

  • Norient repositions itself on the web. The new Norient Space aims to provide a platform for new audiovisual formats, high-quality music journalism and current music research.

  • The workshop took place on 10 December 2019 as part of the seminar “Sound, Space, Movement. Design of interactive sound objects and installations” took place. Nitay presented his project Drawbeat, which he presented at Klangstärke 18 in Hildesheim.
