Sound research and composition in three institutions

The inter-university, interdisciplinary sound research project builds as a new project in the summer semester of 2021 on existing collaborations of the Open Studio at the Künstlerhaus Lauenburg with Leuphana Univ. Lüneburg and the Muthesius Kunsthochschule Kiel. On the basis of acoustic investigations and field research, a new, process-oriented mediation format is now being developed that can also be implemented under pandemic conditions or regardless of location and across regions. The mediation format is an online platform which, as a “tool”, enables the interdisciplinary work of the institutions with the common theme of “sound research” and makes it presentable.
